    Mobile Health Program Coordinator 101

    Mobile Health Program Coordinator 101 is an interprofessional continuing education course that provides foundational knowledge and practical strategies for coordinating and supporting mobile health services. The course explores the unique realities of delivering care in mobile environments, including operational workflows, staffing considerations, environmental factors, safety and security planning, and the key differences between mobile and traditional clinical settings. Participants will examine strategies for patient engagement, cultural humility, and creating safe, welcoming care environments for diverse populations receiving services in community settings. The course also highlights the role of community health workers, the integration of telehealth technologies to improve access and continuity of care, and the importance of contingency planning and quality improvement in mobile operations.
